As you may know, Lancaster, like many other towns and cities has had a huge influx of refugees & asylum seekers from all over the world. We think it would be a shame for people from all over the world to be here, in Lancaster and for us not to get to know them or their food. And of course, vice versa. 

Everyone has the right to know how quick and easy it is to prepare spaghetti hoops on toast. At the same time we fully have the right to learn a few quick hummus cheats that will mean we never buy from the supermarket again! The reason we have chosen to use food is because it's clearly something we are all interested in, all do and all have in common. We aim to showcase these different cooking skills on market stalls, street food pop ups at events, private and group cooking classes and intimate dining experiences. Wherever we are, come down and say hi.
