Pip n Peeko look forward to bringing you there big day out at Kanteena Lancaster. Promoting some of the best live bands from ‘Round there Way!’

The vinyl DJ duo will be providing a lively and energetic atmosphere in between performances, the spine should be filled with indie bangers past and present. As well as some versatility covering music genres spanning across the generations including soul, disco, punk, electronic and dance classics. Each band will offer something different and if you haven’t heard of them here’s what to expect from there selection!

The Gears deliver a lively set of catchy, self-penned indie rock originals alongside crowd-pleasing covers, combining youthful energy with tight musicianship well beyond their years. Despite being just 16 years old, the band have already been playing together for over three years, constantly gigging and gaining a growing following making them one of the youngest active bands in the area.

‘CAIRO are a ‘fresh on the scene’, up and coming Indie/Rock band covering a wide range of well-known bangers, cult classics and forgotten treasures, ranging through all eras. Expect to hear the music of Oasis, The Verve, Stereophonics, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kasabian and so many more…’

Don’t Tell Alice are an established 5 piece band, and are guaranteed to get the party going with a mixed bag of floor-fillers, singalongs, and a couple of unique & energetic mashups. With music from indie rock legends like Gossip & Sam Fender, to alt rock giants like Alanis Morissette & Skunk Anansie, to dance icons like N-Trance & Baby D, there really is something for everyone!
